ACC Pathway–No Mentor Coaching (80 hours of training)

Learn the core skills, understand yourself better, and develop a repeatable process for coaching even the most demanding clients.

• 80 hours of coach-specific training.

(NOTE: You will still need to complete your coaching hours, experience 10 hours of mentor coaching, submit a recording to the ICF and pass the Credentialing Exam from the ICF.  You can find your own mentor coach, but this may affect whether you can transfer to another ICF-approved program.)

Every coach who completes FLUXIFY’s ACC Pathway learns the fundamentals of coaching and completes the coach-specific training required to qualify for an Associated Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
