ACC Pathway Options
For Your FIRST Credential!
When you’re working on your first credential…you can choose whether you want to work with one of FLUXIFY’s qualified mentor coaches, or find your own mentor. (This will have some implications on how you apply for your International Coaching Federation credential. WITH Mentor Coaching makes the process much easier and less expensive. Finding your mentor gives you more control over your development but does have cost and time implications later.)
ACC Pathway WITH Mentor Coaching
80 hours of coach-specific training with 10 hours of mentor coaching (seven in a group and three one-on-one).
The pathway ends with the ICF’s Performance Evaluation. You will submit a recording to be evaluated in-house as a part of your training with FLUXIFY!
When you’re done, you’ll receive a certificate that you’ll upload to the ICF when you apply for your credential.
You’ll need to complete your coaching hours on your own.
You’ll still have to pass the ICF credential exam as a part of your credential application.
ACC Pathway — No Mentor Coaching
You’ll complete 80 hours of coach-specific training under the guidance of FLUXIFY’s instructor team.
All FLUXIFY instructors are practicing coaches with years of experience.
When you’re done, you’ll work with your mentor coach of your to satisfy ICF requirements.
Your certificate will be available to you to submit with your ICF credential application.
You’ll need to complete your coaching hours on your own and pass the ICF credential exam as a part of your credential application.
