The FLUXIFY Story Starts in 1997.

The FLUXIFY team has been training coaches since 2002 in all kinds of settings with all sorts of people.

Jonathan Reitz, FLUXIFY’s Director of Education, discovered coaching during his career in the broadcasting business. He joined a team of his co-workers at a three-day off-site event designed to foster innovation.

The people up the org chart brought in an outside professional to lead the sessions. In the first 45 minutes, this pro catalyzed decisions that seemed out of reach at the start of the day. The team made implementation plans (with timelines!), and the company changed directions.

“I was amazed,” says Jonathan. “I went up to the facilitator at the first break. I asked, ‘What IS this skill set you’re using?'” Coaching was the answer, so Jonathan asked a follow-up question: “How do I learn to do what you’re doing?”

The conversation launched a coaching career! “25 years ago now, and I’ve coached virtually every day,” Jonathan says.

The FLUXIFY Mission and Core Values

FLUXIFY leverages change to achieve meaningful outcomes through executive/leadership coaching and coach training. Change is an excellent energy source that coaches help clients use to move forward.

Our target client is a change agent who sees talent and potential around them. The Integrated Coach Training approach grows a skill set to leverage change to unlock potential. These coaches work as solo practitioners or in organizational learning and development team.

Online Learning is the Future of Education

FLUXIFY moved to online learning in 2015. We’ve trained hundreds of coaches in numerous disciplines of coaching.

More than 6 million students are currently in online courses as part of their higher education program.

Online education is the cutting edge of coach training. Every student hears directly from Jonathan Reitz, Master Certified Coach and FLUXIFY’s Director of Training. The transfer climate is designed to give all students the best possible learning experience. Live coach training sessions apply what you learn in the blended learning environments.
