200 Lab

This is the place where you practice your coaching under the supervision of an experienced coach.
In this four-session course with pre-work and a follow-up assignment, supervised practice is the target. Each participant will both coach and be coached during the course of the four sessions. Your instructor, a credentialed ICF coach from the FLUXIFY team, will offer detailed written feedback on the Ovida Platform, and you’ll get input from your fellow Lab participants during the live session.
Each session focuses on one or two of the 8 ICF Core Competencies. During the live sessions, you’ll observe a coaching session of one of the other participants and receive written feedback from your instructor. During the live sessions, you’ll get feedback from the other participants in your Lab.
200 Lab is 4 interactive two-hour sessions including coaching practice and feedback. These are scheduled as weekly two-hour sessions over four weeks, typically at the same day and time.
