600 Lab

In this four-session course with pre-work and follow-up assignments, you will focus on advanced coaching skills under a credentialed International Coaching Federation coach. Each participant will both coach and be coached during the course of the four sessions.
Each session focuses on the 8 ICF Core Competencies. During the Lab sessions, you’ll coach one of the other participants and receive written feedback from your instructor. During the live session, you’ll get feedback from the other participants in your Lab.
You’ll leave this class with an action plan for developing your own coaching AND have listened to enough coaching that you’ll begin to identify both strong and weak moments in your own coaching as they happen!
FLUXIFY Coaches who offer written feedback have at least a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
