Yes. Integrated Coach Training is accredited as Level 1 and Level coaching education.  The ACC Pathway qualifies as a Level 1 accredited, coach-specific training and can be used to earn an ICF credential. The Full Integrated Pathway is accredited as Level 2 training. You can also use any of our courses toward a credential renewal, with a partial pathway completion option.

Most of our students work through a pathway, which is designed as one class at a time. The full pathway will take you about 7 months to complete. Every once in a while you may have two classes going at the same time. Each pathway is designed as 2-4 hours per week, when classes are in session.

FLUXIFY classes are in session two months at a time, with time off in between.

If you sign up for a full pathway, you’ll get an email almost immediately from Amy Glazer, FLUXIFY’s Operations Manager, who will walk you through the full pathway and set up your calendar. You’ll know your full training calendar after a 30-minute phone call with Amy.

If you want to work toward a renewal, choose the CCE pathway and then you and Amy will schedule a time for you to pick out the exact courses you need for your renewal!

Not only is FLUXIFY ICF-accredited, but every member of FLUXIFY’s Training Team carries an International Coaching Federation credential, and all of the team works and work as professional coaches. These skilled practitioners masterfully facilitate the core content and support it from their experience. When you enroll, you’ll automatically get access to the FLUXIFY learning management system. It’s designed as a seamless application!

At this time, all of FLUXIFY’s training and mentoring are offered in English.

We’ve been doing online training since 2015, so there are no travel or accommodation expenses. You can develop your coaching skills anywhere you want to work!

We use Zoom Meeting for our training which works in your browser. You have the option of downloading a Zoom app to your computer, tablet or smartphone, but you make that choice.

All courses have pre-work. The live sessions are interactive, so you’ll want to make sure you can use your device’s microphone and camera. (We use cameras.)

You can expect to engage in dialogue, learn the competencies of a qualified coach, and interact in small groups of three (triads) to practice coaching.

Integrated Coach Training courses are either two hours per session and may have some on-demand, asynchronous work depending on which course you’re taking. We recommend that you don’t commit to more than two courses at a time.

If you choose a training block that includes mentor coaching, you’ll join a group mentor relationship conducted by one of the FLUXIFY Training Team. All FLUXIFY mentor coaches carry at least the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential as required by the ICF.

That’s a loaded question. “Certified coach” is a loaded term, for a lot of reasons. FLUXIFY prefers the term “trained coach” or “credentialed coach” if you earn an ICF designation.

You are responsible for attending the entire event, but you can miss 25% of the live sessions for each class (either one or two, depending on the class) as long as you watch the recording before the next session. If you miss a mentor session, you’ll have to make up the session.
