500 Arc

Welcome to 500 Arc!
Most coach training focuses on the skills needed to deliver a single, high-quality coaching conversation. You set the coaching agreement, explore the key issues, listen for a breakthrough, and design specific actions for follow-up.
Each of those terms means something different when you look at them in the context of an entire coaching relationship. And that’s where 500 Arc comes in.
In this 20-hour training opportunity, you will explore the interdisciplinary scope of an effective coaching relationship. You’ll understand how the coach’s strategy must evolve through the various phases of the coaching relationship while you partner to solve client problems and simultaneously encourage client growth.
500 Arc also includes two practice coaching sessions on Ovida with written feedback from your instructor or a member of the feedback team.. You will complete 500 Arc with short writing assignments, and a final recorded triad scored against the PCC Markers used in the International Coaching Federation credentialing process.
You can download the syllabus for this course on the Materials tab above.
500 Arc continues your coaching career with solid skills and introduces the fundamentals on which the entire Integrated Coach Training approach is built.
Course Roadmap for 500 Arc:
500 Arc is what FLUXIFY calls an “anchor course,” as it focuses on the skills that will anchor your coaching on what your clients need for results and growth. The four live sessions alternate between interactive learning sessions and are supported by coaching practice that you’ll do during week 2 and week 5.
500 Arc follows the framework used in all of FLUXIFY’s Anchor Courses. The four live sessions cover key interactive learning points and provide the framework for practice coaching on Ovida. You’ll extend your learning with on-demand video, writing assignments, coaching on your own, and coaching feedback. Explore the full 500 Arc Roadmap here:

- Weeks 1, 3-4 and 6 are live interactive learning.
- Weeks 2 & 5 are a live practice triad exercise where you’ll coach and be coached. You’ll also receive feedback from the instructor on Ovida
- You’ll have a final writing assignment and complete a recorded triad as a practice run for your PCC exam.

Completing 500 Arc gives you 20 hours of coach-specific training.
- 20 Hours Blended Learning, 6 weekly lsessions, 2 hours in each online session with asynchronous (on demand) learning support.
- Emphasis on the larger picture of coach training and delivering effective coaching engagements.
