700 Voice

700 Voice explores what makes you tick and how that hard wiring sets you up for effective coaching. Using insight from the Hogan Assessment, you’ll look at the Bright Side, Dark Side and the Inside of your personality and how you can leverage your coaching practice based on personality science.
Taking cues from emotional intelligence, 700 Voice builds deep self-understanding, charts strategies for applying your identity to your coaching, and builds habits for attuning your questioning skills to shared values and goals between coach and client.
You’ll even gain insight on building the working alliance between coach and client and performing at your highest level when stress rises (which will come in handy when you’re coaching on topics that matter to your client).
