Meet the FLUXIFY Team

The FLUXIFY Team has more than 300 years combined experience in coaching and coach training. Throughout your pathway, you’ll encounter most of the team at one time or another! Each team member has a distinct roster of courses that they lead, and each team member brings their unique experience to your training experience!

Jonathan Reitz, MCC, ACTC, is the Director of Education for FLUXIFY and the Weatherhead Coaching Program at Case Western Reserve University.

A coaching entrepreneur, Jonathan co-founded the Team Coaching Global Alliance, is a seven-time founder, an advisor to companies in the coach tech space, an angel investor, a researcher into coaching and AI, and a top-rated speaker at the coaching.com Summit (formerly WBECS). 

Jonathan served on the ICF’s Artificial Intelligence Task Force and is a member of the North American arm of the AI Coaching Coalition. He has been a subject matter expert for developing the ICF Team Coaching Competencies.  He’s also the former President of the ICF’s Cleveland Charter Chapter.

Jonathan Reitz writes a week like newsletter for coaches who want to grow their practice called “How to Be a Working Coach.” His book, Coaching Hacks:  Simple Strategies to Make Every Conversation More Effective is available on Amazon, and he is active in coaching research.  Jonathan Reitz lives in Akron, Ohio, with his wife Joy and daughter Julia.  

Amy Glazer, PCC is a 20+ year veteran of non-profit organizations. Amy is passionate about working with leaders who are focused on using their gifts to develop the people around them. Amy has been a part of the FLUXIFY Training Team since early 2017 and is currently on staff as the COO. She also has her own private coaching practice. Amy holds a Master’s in Leadership. She is a Certified Harrison Debriefer, Lego Coach, and enjoys integrating creativity in all areas of work.

She enjoys gardening, reading, sunshine, days at the lake, sloths, and fishing. Amy, her husband Jon, and their two cats, Romy & Rue, hail from Seville, Ohio, where they root for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Kevin Weaver, PCC is President, CEO and Co-Founder of The Warrior’s Journey (TWJ). A veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the father of two sons serving in the U.S. Army, Kevin is a sought-after expert on military resiliency and invisible wounds. He speaks regularly to veterans and active command staff leadership, chaplains, and special operations commands.

Under Kevin’s leadership, The Warrior’s Journey has grown into a premier Veterans Service Organization, recognized by the Department of Defense, government legislators, and the U.S. Army Chaplains Corp. TWJ continues to break barriers dealing with suicide in the military community. The TWJ team has developed facilitators who provide innovative environments for military members, veterans, and their families, offering pragmatic solutions.

Kevin and his wife, KyAnne, have three sons and 7 grandchildren.

Kevin was the first graduate of Integrated Coach Training, FLUXIFY’s Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), the predecessor to our current Level 1 and Level 2 accreditation.

Dave Brunelle, PCC lives in the Cleveland area with his wife of 30 years, Carole. Dave also has 30 years of diverse experience working in Government, Public Safety, and Non-Profit sectors.

Dave has his Professional Certified Coach credential and loves working with entrepreneurial and social enterprise leaders.

The Brunelles have eight kids, three sons-in-law, five grandchildren, one dog, and two really cool motorcycles. He’s also got solid lumberjack skills to go with his beard and flannel shirts.

Jane Mayer, ACC has been coaching for more than 20 years and lives in Saluda, NC.

Throughout my career, my focus has been on helping individuals and teams discover where their skills, core motivators, and passions intersect. This is the place where fulfillment and productivity live, and it leads to better job satisfaction, performance and balance. I have coached students, high potentials, CEOs, and everything in between, across industries that include Healthcare, Pharma, Banking, Education, Nonprofit, and Manufacturing. I have over 20 years of coaching experience and a Masters of Education with a focus on career development. My passion is helping others find theirs and leverage that knowledge to dream big and achieve their goals.

Jane has worked with companies like Sonoco Products, Bank of America, University of SC, Lexington Medical Center, Newberry College, and Roche.

Jonathan Rozenblit, PCC

Jonathan Rozenblit, PCC is a dynamic and engaging leadership coach. His focus is not just on helping leaders discover and develop their practice of leadership, but also on enabling them to show up in ways that create the conditions for themselves and others to be their best, bring their best, and do their best. His approach instills hope and optimism in the leadership journey of both emergent and experienced leaders.

The FLUXIFY team calls him “JR” or “Canadian Jonathan.” You can pick.

Canadian Jonathan has experience working at and with various Fortune 500 companies in the tech, financial services, and higher education industries. Jonathan holds credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC and ACTC), NeuroLeadership Institute (Brain-based Coaching), APMG Global (Change Management Professional), Scrum Alliance (A-CSM, CSPO, CAL), and ICAgile (ICP-ACC).

Jonathan lives in Vaughan, Ontario, outside of Toronto. He enjoys being out on the water, whether captaining his own vessel or as a passenger on cruises around the world. He also expresses his creativity through LEGO creations, releases stress, and stays healthy with his Peleton.

Paige Gutacker, PCC

Paige Gutacker serves as a Personal Development Coach and Assistant Director for Brazos Fellows, a not-for-profit religious education fellowship in Waco, Texas.

She holds an PCC from ICF, as well as a B.A. in Communication Studies, an M.A. in Theological Studies, and a certificate in Spiritual Direction. Paige loves to create comfortable spaces in which people can learn, laugh, and think deeply.

She and her husband, Paul, and their four young children are happily settled in a hundred-year-old yellow house (zoo?).

Mark Skillings, ACC is in the “people development business” with over 30 years of experience in organizational and leadership development, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, program design and facilitation, talent management and leadership coaching.  Mark’s expertise is in program creation, group facilitation, adult and experiential learning, coaching, and leadership development.  

Mark is in a unique position as a ‘trailing spouse’ as his family has relocated numerous times to support his wife’s career in higher education administration.   His hobbies include cooking for family and friends, traveling with his family, hiking with his dog, kayaking, golfing, and practicing yoga.

Anne Sandberg, ACC is a Management Consultant, Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and Assessment Expert with 30 years of professional experience in applied business psychology. Anne has been a Managing Partner for Harrison Assessments for 20+ years providing expertise and education to other consultants, coaches, business leaders, and HR professionals. She has a Masters degree in I/O Psychology. She received her ICF Credential in 2022 after doing her training with FLUXIFY.

Anne has worked with global organizations, including Goldman-Sachs, Toyota Materials Handling, Bakkovar, Bioventus, Siemens, Honeywell, HSBC, Wonderful Company, Pinnacle Engineering, L.A. Unified School District, Silverado Senior Living, State of Hawaii, Summit Bank, Thinkwell Group, and the Zehner Group.

She is a writer, speaker and subject-matter expert conducting organizational research, test validation, and competency model design. Anne has also worked as a content creator and instructional designer. She has numerous years of experience working in the private and public sectors as well as start-ups and non-profit entities.

Jenn DePrizio, ACC

Jenn DePrizio, ACC, lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio. She graduated from Integrated Coach Training at FLUXIFY in 2023. Before becoming a coach, Jenn held senior roles in museums across the country, including Chief Learning Officer at the Cleveland Museum of Art, and positions at the Portland Museum of Art, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, J. Paul Getty Museum, and Worcester Art Museum. She is passionate about supporting the museum field through leadership development and is currently writing a book on leadership in museums in partnership with the American Alliance of Museums.

With a passion for helping others realize their best selves, after 20+ years in the museum field Jenn founded DePrizio Leadership Group in 2023 to support individuals and organizations. Through coaching, leadership development training and strategic planning, Jenn aims to help build healthier workplace culture.  She believes that art can teach essential personal and professional skills and integrates this philosophy into her coaching and leadership consulting work. Jenn holds the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and an Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Certificate from Case Western Reserve University.

Karl Van Hoey, MCC helps leaders & coaches globally build sustainable impact, strategy & presence.

Karl combines a successful track record of over 3500 hours of executive and team coaching in various industries worldwide with extensive experience in corporate HR leadership roles for AXA, British American Tobacco, Ernst & Young, and Sappi Fine Paper Europe.

In 2014, he decided to become independent, and in 2018, Karl Van Hoey joined @otolith as their coaching practice leader. In 2020, he co-founded The Team Coaching Global Alliance, providing top-class training in the ICF Team Coaching Competencies.

Karl Van Hoey has been Guest Professor for many years at EMS Business School Brussels and 3 years Visiting Professor at BSN Algeria. Teaching on Leadership, HR, Change, and Coaching. He founded and managed a worldwide community of coaches seeking an ICF credential. Karl has also been an SME for the International Coaching Federation for many years. His contributions include the following:

  • ICF Team Coaching Community of Practice Leader 2014-2019
  • Subject Matter Expert in ICF Global Task Forces since 2018 on developing new (team) coaching competencies and the training accreditation architecture
  • ICF Credentialed PCC Portfolio Assessor since 2020
  • Member of Global Professional Coaches Nominating Committee since 2020

Karl Van Hoey lives in Antwerp, Belgium.

John LaMunyon, PCC loves being a coach and working with people in transitions. In addition to serving with Fluxify’s cadre of mentor coaches, he has his own coaching business, Headwaters Coaching.

Through Headwaters Coaching, he works with a client base as diversified as the Port of Longview (WA), educational leaders in the Muckleshoot Tribe, and management-level employees of various tech companies in the Seattle area.

John holds a broad range of coaching-related certifications, including:

  • Professional Certified Coach (ICF),
  • Harrison Assessments Accreditation in Employee Development and Debriefing and Coaching,
  • Advanced Hogan Assessment Interpreter,
  • Advanced Mentor Coach, and
  • Master Practitioner and Trainer in Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy

A veteran of the US Army Military Police Corps, John served Lutheran Churches in Washington State from 1979 to 2018, first as a youth and music director and then as a parish pastor until early retirement in 2019.

John’s hobbies include baking with whole grains, fly fishing, woodworking, gardening, reading, cycling, sea kayaking and whitewater canoeing.

Lizette Warner, Ph.D., MCC, is a TEDx speaker and the author of Power, Poise, and Presence: Leadership Biomarkers, released in January of 2023. She earned her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential in September 2025.

Lizette’s mission is to help professionals chase doubt and fear away so they can be their powerful, poised, and confident selves. She employs the latest research and data-driven methods with a human touch to find the right and light way forward for her coaching clients. She specializes in working with women to help them lean into the leadership skills that will help set them apart for success in their careers and their personal lives.

Lizette is a graduate of Mayo Clinic and UT Dallas coaching programs, with years of leadership experience working in Telecom and Healthcare. Her academic industry appointments, grant award and rejection experience, and upbringing give her a down-to-earth perspective to relate to and meet her clients where they are. Lizette has spoken at medical conferences and strategic key opinion leader meetings for Philips Healthcare and has served on several Boards of Directors over the years.

Elaine Schulte, MD, MPH, PCC

Elaine E. Schulte, MD, MPH, PCC, BCC is the Vice Chair of Academic Affairs and Faculty Development at The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore.  She is Professor of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.  She serves as a mentor coach at FLUXIFY.

Prior to arriving at Montefiore, Dr. Schulte served as the Department Chair of General Pediatrics at the Cleveland Clinic, and co-founded, with Dr. Andrea Sikon, the Cleveland Clinic Center for Excellence in Coaching & Mentoring (CECM) in 2008. 

Dr. Schulte enjoys coaching anyone who is open and interested in exploring a new version of themselves.  Most ofher coaching clients are working on career-related goals. The majority of her clients are physicians, physician leaders, and healthcare executives in academic health centers and healthcare systems.

Over the last seventeen years, she has coached hundreds of healthcare professionals in academic health centers and healthcare systems. Dr. Schulte holds a certificate in Group Coaching.  She is also certified in EQi 2.0 and EQ360 assessments and Hogan assessments. 

Linda Hedberg, PCC

Linda Hedberg, PCC, is a leadership and life coach with 20 years of coaching experience and a decade of teaching in ICF-accredited coach training programs.

She has instructed and mentor coached hundreds of developing coaches, offering clear, competency-based guidance and reflective, practical feedback.

Known for her calm presence, deep attentiveness, and ability to create supportive yet appropriately challenging learning environments, Linda helps clients and coaches clarify what matters most and take aligned, meaningful action. She believes every person has inherent value and unique contributions to make, and brings a grounded, purposecentered approach to fostering sustainable growth.
