Upgrade Pathway Options
For Your NEXT Credential!
When you’re upgrading on your next credential…you have the option of a self-contained, all-on-one package that includes working with one of FLUXIFY’s qualified mentor coaches. Or you can opt to mix and match with a mentor coach of your choice.
NOTE: If you work with your own mentor, you’ll have to use the Portfolio application for your International Coaching Federation credential. Opting for one of the FLUXIFY Mentor Coaches makes the process much easier and less expensive.
Upgrade Pathway WITH Mentor Coaching
80 hours of coach-specific training with 10 hours of mentor coaching (seven in a group and three one-on-one).
The pathway concludes with the ICF’s Performance Evaluation. Two recordings will be evaluated in-house as a part of your training with FLUXIFY!
When you’re done, you’ll receive a certificate to upload to the ICF when you apply for your credential.
You’ll need to complete your coaching hours on your own.
You will still have to pass the ICF credential exam as a part of your credential application. (IF you haven’t since the ICF updated the Core Competencies in 2021.)
Upgrade Pathway — No Mentor Coaching
You’ll complete 80 hours of coach-specific training under the guidance of FLUXIFY’s instructor team.
All FLUXIFY instructors are practicing coaches with years of experience.
When you’re done, you’ll work with your mentor coach to satisfy ICF requirements.
Your certificate will be available to you to submit with your ICF credential application.
You’ll need to complete your coaching hours independently and pass the ICF credential exam as a part of your credential application.
You’ll need to use the ICF’s Portfolio Application when you apply.
