FLUXIFY is now Level 1 & Level 2 Accredited!

Since 2019, FLUXIFY (and CoachNet before our name change) has been conducting performance evaluations for coaches pursuing their PCCs.

In 2022, the International Coaching Federation announced changes to how coaching education organizations like FLUXIFY are accredited to more closely mirror what goes on in the larger training and development world.

Last Friday, FLUXIFY received our Level 1 and Level 2 accreditation approval from the ICF. We can now conduct the recording reviews for coaches pursuing both their ACCs AND PCCs.

All future FLUXIFY students will automatically have us evaluate their recordings!

Here’s what this means for you:

You can complete your training by sharing your recording and transcript with us and we’ll have our assessor team complete your performance evaluation.

Taking advantage of this will shorten your timetable to a credential, since a recording evaluation is a part of your credential application. If you choose this option, you’ll receive a certificate from us that notes you’ve completed:

• Training in the amount appropriate for an ACC or PCC,
• Mentor coaching by a qualified mentor coach, and
• The appropriate performance evaluation.

Because your certificate will note your accomplishments, once you submit to the ICF, the time for your approval will drop from 4-6 months to less than one month. It will also lower the cost of your application by $100-200.
