Description

In this 10 hour course, you’ll work on advanced coaching skills under the observance of a credentialed International Coaching Federation coach. Each participant will both coach and be coached over the 8 sessions.

The course begins with approximately two hours of pre-work.  You’ll receive a recorded coaching session and a feedback form.  Participants will listen to the session and make notes about what they hear in the session.  The feedback form will frame the key learning concepts for the course, and each participant will self-assess their own coaching based on these key topics.

Each session will begin with a short teaching on a high-level application of one of the 8 ICF Core Competencies. You’ll then coach one of the other participants and will receive immediate feedback from both your instructor and the other participants.

You’ll leave this class with an action plan for developing your own coaching AND have listened to enough coaching that you’ll begin to identify both strong and weak moments in your own coaching as they happen!

All written feedback is offered by CoachNet trainers who have at least a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential in the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
