PCC Pathway (170 hours: 160 of training + 10 hours of mentor coaching)

Description

The PCC Pathway gives you 160 hours of coach-specific training and 10 hours of mentor coaching. The process culminates when you submit two recordings and transcripts of your coaching. These recordings are evaluated against the PCC Markers as a part of the ICF Performance Evaluation. Once you pass, applying for your PCC as a graduate of a Level 2 training program is a simple and fast process!

You start with the ACC Pathway, 80 hours of coach-specific training, and 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 hours in a group, followed by three individual mentor coaching sessions).

The PCC Pathway also includes 80 hours of coach-specific training on the Upgrade Pathway for a start-to-finish experience qualifying you for a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

The final step is to submit two recordings for evaluation against the PCC Markers, the ICF’s standard for demonstrating your skill as a PCC coach.

You will apply for your credential as a Level 2 Accredited Training Program graduate!
