Upgrade Pathway with Mentor Coaching (90 total hours: 80 of training + 10 of mentor coaching)

For Your NEXT Credential!

The Upgrade Pathway complements your previous training to complete the training hours required for a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential in the ICF.

• 80 Hours of advanced coach-specific training, and
• 10 hours of mentor coaching (seven hours in a mentor group, followed by three sessions of individual coaching).

The final step in the pathway is passing the PCC Performance Evaluation (you will submit two recorded sessions with a transcript).  When you apply for your credential, you must pass the Coach Knowledge Assessment (if you haven’t already).

Every coach who pursues a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation by working with FLUXIFY develops high-quality skills and a nuanced understanding of who you are and how you coach!

(NOTE: You will still need to complete your coaching hours outside of this training.)
