As Seen on the coaching.com Membership Event: Why You Need a Business Model Canvas

Bottom line, I wish someone had explained this to me sooner…when you’re a working coach, you don’t just coach…you also spend time looking for clients and some more time doing the admin for your business. You might think of it as how you manage your time.

Do you need a business model canvas? I would say yes, as it’s the simplest way to put what you are trying to do with your coaching into working terms.
